Last year for Carter's birthday, Uncle Nick got him an exact replica of a Harley-Davidson mechanic uniform. Nick's only request was to have a picture of Carter in the "uniform" helping Jeremy work on the Harley. We finally got that done this weekend...
And what's all that work without a little fun?
It's hard to believe that Carter actually owns his own bike! When Jeremy's dad bought his new bike a year and a half ago, he signed over the title to his old one to Carter. At the age of 18 months, Carter was the proud owner of a 1976 Sportster.
It's also hard to believe that Jeremy has had this bike as long as he has. We have taken a lot of trips on this thing - Pawhuska, Oklahoma was our longest trip, about 6 hours one way. It looks exactly the same as it did then, except I have better passenger pegs now... :) Ahh, the memories!
Carter was in the mood for fixing things, so when he was done with the motorcycle, he started on the John Deere tractor. It had a flat tire...
I'm sure the screwdriver helped! ;) Maybe he has switched his career focus from roping cows to mechanic. Who knows what God has planned for him?

I noticed he's using the left hand...that's just LOVELY. Sigh....
Oh, Erica it's really not that bad... He does favor the right one still, just a bit. It honestly looks MUCH better! I'll try to get a picture... :) Stop worrying!!
