I almost forgot - Jeremy went to an appointment last night - he. got. a. massage. I was so jealous. Not of the back pain stuff, but the massage stuff. He thinks it really helped but he was a little stiff & sore this morning - not surprising. He may go back one or two times, but hopefully, he is on the road to recovery!
